Acceptance of Terms

By using nextdev.ba and NextDev services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.

Services

NextDev provides website development, portals, digital archives and related digital solutions. A detailed description of services is available on the Services and Shop pages.

Ownership

Software solution

NextDev retains copyright on the program code, design and architecture of developed solutions. The client receives a license to use the solution on their domain.

Content

The client owns the content they provide (texts, images, business information). NextDev is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content provided by the client.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT if not stated otherwise. Payment is made according to the agreement described in the offer.

Liability

NextDev guarantees the quality and functionality of the software solution in accordance with agreed standards. NextDev is not responsible for:

Accuracy of content provided by the client
Damages resulting from force majeure
Data loss due to client negligence (failure to keep backups)

Hosting

NextDev does not provide hosting services. Hosting is the domain of the client or an agreed partner. NextDev provides support for deployment and maintenance.

Termination

Either party may terminate the collaboration with a written notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Upon termination, the client retains the right to use the developed solution.
