Ownership
Software (code, design, architecture)
NextDev (nextdev.ba) — developer, designer, owner of the system solution.

Content (text, images, business information)
NextDev — owner and responsible holder of content, except where explicitly stated otherwise (client projects).
Liability
NextDev is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of content provided by the client.
NextDev guarantees the quality and functionality of the software solution in accordance with agreed standards.
On client projects, a separation applies:
- NextDev owns the program code, design and system architecture
- Client owns the content (texts, images, business information)
Copyright
NextDev retains copyright on:
- HTML templates and layout systems
- CSS code and design system (colors, typography, components)
- JavaScript functionality and interactions
- System architecture and build pipeline
Client-owned content, including texts, images and business data, may not be used without the client’s permission.
Hosting and Infrastructure
NextDev does not provide hosting services. Hosting is the domain of the client or an agreed partner. NextDev provides support for deployment and maintenance in accordance with the agreement.
